GO to dark wizards at south gate of varrock and kill the wizards for runes. You will get different types of runes.
This is the value per rune off of dark wizards. (fire 5gp,water 3gp,air 5-10gp,earth 1-5gp,minds 5-10gp,chaos 100gp,nature 200-400gp,cosmics(very hard to get) 100-200gp,laws(the hardest to get of all) 1k(1000gp for beginners who don't know) deaths (extremely hard to get)200-300gp)
